MATERIAL OF CONSTRUCTION

These softening plants are made of Plastic Material which is Resistant to corrosion, does not require painting unlike its metal counterpart. The Pressure Vessel is Made of Fibre Reinforced Plastic , which is globally used in Numerous applications.

PRINCIPAL

The AMBR (Aerobic Moving Biofilm Reactor) Series of Sewage Treatment Plants incorporate the Technology of MBBR( Moving Bed Biofilm Reactors ) . They combine Attached Growth Process with Activated Sludge Process , thereby maintaining a High MLSS and hence requiring a Low Area Footprint. They have low operating costs / easy maintenance and do not require highly skilled manpower unlike other technologies.

WHY SEWAGE TREATMENT?

The Earth Water Has only 0.7 % Of it in forms usable by humanity . Rest of it is not viable to be utilized due no numerous reasons. As far as India is concerned , we are a water stressed nation . With Diminishing ground water levels , the Indian Diaspora is finding it hard to find alternates .
Sewage is a perennial source of water . With low operating costs , sewage water can be recycled and reused effectively for various applications like gardening , floor washing , or Further Treated with Ultra Filtration to use in Cooling Towers.
AMBR Converts Grey and Black water into water which could either be recycled in various applications or sent to the Drain as per respective State or Centre Pollution control Board Norms.
